Select this topic for support with CalJOBS reporting, including participant CalJOBS registration, completing Title I (WIOA) Applications, using your local grant code, adding participation and activity codes, and reporting credentials or outcomes. Custom Program Support (Customized TA)
Grantees have the option of reaching out for one-on-one, customized program support sessions with Tia and Victor from the UCLA Labor Center team. Get help with program strategy and navigating challenges.
Evaluation
Select this option for questions or concerns related to the UCLA Labor Center's evaluation, including participant pre- and post-surveys, UCLA training observations, focus groups, and quarterly grantee reports. Community of Practice
Connect with the Community of Practice team about the in-person convenings and virtual workshops that bring grantees together with key stakeholders to foster a strong community of support for HRTP implementation.
Theory of Change, Logic Model, and Goal Maps
This team can help you articulate the industry challenges and workforce needs you're seeking to address with your program, as well as how your program will respond to these challenges to create systems-level change. Use this option if you need support with your Theory of Change, Logic Model, or Goal Map documents.
Industry Analysis
The industry analysis team helps grantees examine labor market trends, job quality indicators, and equity gaps to better connect workforce realities to HRTP program goals. Use this option if you have questions about industry or occupation codes. They can clarify classifications, provide relevant data, and support your project with tailored insights.
